CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
CLA is an essential fatty acid that must be consumed because our body cannot produce it on its own. Essential fatty acids help maintain healthy tissues and organs like the digestive tract and brain.
Normally, CLA is found in meat and milk. It should be noted that it is found in higher concentrations in the beef and dairy of grass-fed animals.
