Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak choc chip pancake mix
  • 1 scoop Dioxme whey protein (chocolate flavored)
  • 1/4 cup Milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Starting with the dry ingredients and ending with the pumpkin puree, eggs, and milk, mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Using a waffle iron, cook for 4-5 minutes, or until waffle is golden brown on both sides.
