Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp Agave nectar (can substitute with honey or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 80g Dioxyme Cinnamon Bun Protein powder
- 4 tbsp white chocolate chips (can substitute with milk or dark chocolate)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp coconut butter (optional)
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients first. Then mix in eggs, pumpkin and vanilla. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips (we use Pascha white baking chips).
Heat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 7-8 minutes.
