- What is the best way to mix GFUW?
To maximize the GFUW flavor profile, mix one scoop in 5-6 ounces of water. GFUW is so refined that you can also mix it directly into yogurt. Though you can mix it in milk or almond milk, there is really no need to the added calories, fat or carbs.
- Why do you use 100% grass-fed in-pasture cows as the source for GFUW whey?
