Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Waffles
These delicious and easy-to-make waffles are packed full of chocolate chips and protein with a touch of pumpkin flavor to send things over the top.

- 1/2 cup Kodiak choc chip pancake mix
- 1 scoop Dioxme whey protein (chocolate flavored)
- 1/4 cup Milk (or milk alternative)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Starting with the dry ingredients and ending with the pumpkin puree, eggs, and milk, mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Using a waffle iron, cook for 4-5 minutes, or until waffle is golden brown on both sides.
