UPDATE ON SHIPPING DELAYS:
Due to COVID-19 and the holiday season, our carriers have been experiencing delays in delivery. While most orders are shipped within our normal shipping window, some orders may take longer than usual to process.
In addition, after orders have been placed, package scans from our carriers may be delayed. As a result, orders may not show tracking for a few days – even when your order is already on the way. Please allow extra time for tracking updates and final delivery.
In rare cases, you may not have tracking visibility – orders may arrive before tracking becomes available.

- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping orders are processed through USPS or FedEx SmartPost. These are processed within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3pm Friday are processed on Monday. Standard Shipping times vary 4-8 days based on where you are located (our shipping warehouse is located in Florida).
Expedited Shipping is processed through FedEx. Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3pm Friday are processed on Monday. You have the option of Priority 2 Day delivery or Expedited 2-4 day delivery.
International orders are shipped FedEx International and should arrive within 7-14 days. Taxes and duties of each individual country may apply.
- Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email when your package is shipped that contains a tracking number.
- I am missing part of my order. Where is it?
If you are missing part or all of your order, please fill in the contact form below, or email us at [email protected] right away so we can check it out.
If the product you ordered, or a portion of your order, is “backordered” or is a “pre-order”, it will ship separately as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. The availability times of these products are estimates and we cannot guarantee exactly when they will be in stock. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the progress.
- Will I have to pay customs/import fees?
This depends on the country you live in. Some countries have more stringent policies than others.
- What company do you use for international shipping?
We use FedEx for our international shipments.
- What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. For questions on a specific country feel free to email us at [email protected], or fill in the contact form below.
That said, we currently have two restrictions:
- Our “Brain” product cannot be sold in Great Britain. All purchasers in Great Britain that have “Brain” in their cart will be contacted and refunded.
- We currently do not sell to Algeria after too many cases of fraudulent orders.
- What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept payments from all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), via PayPal, and via Amazon Pay. We also accept financing thru Sezzle.
- Do you have any samples I can try?
Sample packets are available for Brain and Grass-Fed Ultra Whey. You can purchase these sample packs on the product pages.
- Do you have a discounted subscription program?
We currently do not offer one but we are working on it!
- Can I change my order?
All of our orders are automatically sent to our shipping warehouse. Please email us right away at [email protected], or use the contact form below, and we will try our best to help you the best we can.
- Do you have FAQs for every product?
Yes! There is an FAQ section attached to each product page.
- If I have a medical condition can I take your products?
Though our products are formulated by physicians to be safe and effective, people with underlying medical conditions should clear the use of our products with their personal physician.
- I’m pregnant. Can I use your products?
Before starting on any supplementation plan, you should consult your OB/GYN or personal medical professional.
- Do your supplements contain banned substances?
We only use ingredients that are legal, considered safe by the FDA, and are not classified by WADA and USADA as banned from athletic competition.
All of our products are 3rd party tested.
- Can I take your supplements every day?
Our products are formulated so that you can take them daily without the need for “cycling off”.

- Shipping Policy
We ship to all states and territories of the United States, as well as the Armed Forces in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific.
All orders received by 2pm, Monday through Friday will ship on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will ship on the next business shipping day. (So for example, an order placed on Friday at 3pm will ship on the next Monday).
Standard shipping in the US is via USPS First Class Mail or FedEx SmartPost. Most standard shipments take 4-7 days depending upon the region of the country you are located in.
We also offer Expedited 2-4 day shipping and Priority 2 day shipping options with Fedex.

Our “Brain” product cannot be sold in Great Britain. All purchasers in Great Britain that have “Brain” in their cart will be contacted and refunded.
In certain limited circumstances, your order can experience additional delays if there are problems verifying the address provided on your order, or there are unforeseen circumstances at our warehouse (eg. Power Outage, Technical Issues, etc).
- Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction of our nutritional products. Returns must be received within 30 days from the original delivery date of your product and require preauthorization. We will provide a shipping label via email. All returns will be credited within 7 days of receipt and will be for the actual purchase price of the product less all shipping costs. It may take 3-5 days for this to reconcile with your banking account.
*Wholesale quantities are not eligible for this policy, and we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items. Unopened orders will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee and costs of shipping.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products with our 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with any Dioxyme product it can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs). Returns must be received within 30 days from the original delivery date of your product. Please contact us directly at [email protected] as returns require preauthorization. Please include your order number. We will send you a return shipping label via email.
If you are not getting the results that you are looking for with the product for any reason, we have physician and nutrition staff on hand that are fully available to help you achieve your goals. We can assist you with dosage of the product, coaching, meal planning, exercise, and any other factor that goes into reaching your goal.
