Frequently Asked Questions
- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
US orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and usually arrive within 2 to 5 days based on the shipment destination (our shipping warehouse is located in Florida).
International orders will vary by country, but should arrive within 7 to 14 days. Unfortunately, customs is out of our control, and may add extra time to delievery.
- Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email when your package is shipped that contains a tracking number.
- I am missing part of my order. Where is it?
If you are missing part or all of your order, please fill in the contact form below, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away so we can check it out.
- Will I have to pay customs/import fees?
This depends on the country you live in. Some countries have more stringent policies than others.
- What company do you use for international shipping?
We use the United States Postal Service for our international shipments. Once the shipment reaches your country, the package is given to your local post office who will complete delivery.
- What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. For questions on a specific country feel free to email us at email@example.com, or fill in the contact form below.
That said, we currently have two restrictions:
- Our “E” product cannot be sold in Great Britain. All purchasers in Great Britain that have “E” in their cart will be contacted and refunded.
- New Zealand Whey Protein cannot be sold in Japan. All purchasers in Japan that have “NZWP” in their cart will be contacted and refunded.
- What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept payments from all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), via PayPal, via Amazon Pay, and from some cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ether, Verge, Ripple).
- How can I pay with cryptocurrency?
We are currently accepting payments with select coins: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ether, Verge, Ripple.
To complete an order with your crypto coins, follow the checkout process. When you reach the “Payment Method” panel, there will be an option to use CoinPayments. Select the CoinPayments option and follow the prompts to complete your transaction.
- Do you have any samples I can try?
We hope to be able to offer single samples in the near future, but at this time we unfortunately do not.
The problem is, sample packets are very expensive for us to manufacture because they require huge minimum quantities. We have chosen to invest in research and new science-backed products instead.
Have no fear though! We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee; you’ll love our products or your money back (see below for details).
- Do you have a discounted subscription program?
We currently do not offer one but we are working on it!
- Can I change my order?
All of our orders are automatically sent to our shipping warehouse. Please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org, or use the contact form below, and we will try our best to help you the best we can.
- Do you have FAQs for every product?
Yes! There is an FAQ section attached to each product page.
- If I have a medical condition can I take your products?
Unfortunately, you will need to ask your doctor about your specific health condition.
That said, every product we make is 100% safe and healthy for people to use. All of our products are 3rd Party Tested, and banned-substance free to comply with WADA and USADA guidelines.
- I’m pregnant. Can I use your products?
You should consult with your doctor before starting a supplement plan.
We can say though that you should avoid our “E” product because of the stimulants it contains.
- Do your supplements contain banned substances?
All of our products are formulated to be athlete safe to comply with WADA and USADA standards.
We even have our products 3rd party tested to ensure safety, and some of our products are Informed Choice for Sport Certified.
- Will your supplements make me fail a drug test?
No. We pride ourself on using only safe and effective ingredients.
- Can I take your supplements every day?
Yes of course! We take this into consideration when formulating each of our products.

- Shipping Policy
We ship to all states and territories of the United States, as well as the Armed Forces in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific. We also ship to most countries worldwide. For details on a specific country, please fill in the contact form below or email us at email@example.com.

Shipments in the domestic US are shipped FedEx ground. All other shipments are shipped via USPS.
At the present time, shipping by expedited delivery, overnight, or air, is unavailable. In most cases when placing an order, your order will ship by the next business day, and will arrive in 2-5 days (domestic). In certain limited circumstances, your order can experience additional delays if there are problems verifying the address provided on your order, or there are unforeseen circumstances at our warehouse (eg. Power Outage, Technical Issues, etc).
- Return Policy
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We can only issue refunds on items ordered directly through the Dioxyme Website.
If you need to return an item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or fill in the contact form below, and we will be happy to assist you with your return. Please include your Purchase Order in the email.
If you are returning a product due to an error on our behalf (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If you try our Max Taylor LLC d/b/a DIOXYME product and you are not completely satisfied, you may request returning the product within 7 days from date the product was delivered to you and we will refund your actual purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping charges).* We will refund up to a maximum of 1 bottle purchased per flavor of product). REFUND LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER ADDRESS, HOUSEHOLD AND PRODUCT FLAVOR. MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
In order to get your refund of up to 1 bottle per gummy variety, please follow the simple steps below:

- SAVE the original receipt and packing slip and the original bottle with any unused product
